LEVEL OF CONFIDENCE TO THE FRAGILE, WOUNDED BODY

There are two phases after a child’s birth, the mother has to face, the post partum and the post natal. While the postpartum is the phase, which is longer as compared to the post natal, since, it is the tenure of the mother to take time to heal, the tissue, the hormones and cells, everything has to be rectified, apart from the figure, since if they are in place then only, it is possible for her to get rid of obesity ; the post natal is the period immediately after the child’s birth, rather, few hours after the child birth, when the 9 months stored blood of the menstrual comes out, cleaning the whole womb and the system. After a child birth, be it natural birth or Caesarian, the mother needs to recover, sit-up, walks and resume her post op activities and to assist in all, these needs the post natal girdle is one of a type. The use of it increases the level of confidence to the fragile, wounded body. The post natal girdle enables the mother to move about freely and perform any prescribed breathing programs, without the fear of breaking the stitches, though the incision of the procedure does not cut through the muscles or compromise the diaphragm; it is never the less big and painful. The post natal girdle helps in the lymphatic drainage and also, thanks to its compression that it decreases the risk of fluid collection eventually, reducing swelling. These girdle garments provide great mechanical support mainly to the lower abdominal tissues.
